The only one you might survive is an occasional and gentle clearing of your throat. The others are deadly. My son sings professionally (but not his full time job) as a very low basso. His speaking voice is higher, which removes daily strain. He is careful of volume, irritants, illness, and over use - as all singers are. A good voice teacher will help you learn what is best for you.

Any of these actions, particularly acid reflux and screaming, done too frequently can permanently damage your vocal cords and throat. They will not make your voice deeper. Do not do these things to deepen your voice. The only way you can deepen your voice is to surgically alter your vocal cords or have higher testosterone.

I doubt it'd deepen your voice. It's far more likely they would make it raspy or cause damage.

It won't deepen it but it will make you sound like an elderly smoker. Most liberals sound like this. Especially the women.
