Hello I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis a condition where it affects the bone in the heel?

So not the foot doctor wants to do a surgery on it or send me to advanced therapy for 5 weeks. Have any good f you ever had this and if so which did you do and did it help. Thanks

    Get a second opinion and also, do your online research

    Surgery should be the last resort. You should first try orthotics.

    See a chiropractor. Don't let them do either of those things.
