If you cannot perform well above average in high school, you are not college material.

There is a college for everyone. Even with grades in the 60s, you can be admitted somewhere. There is always the option too of community college. Speak to your guidance counselor.

Depends on the university but today, scant few are going to accept you with grades in the 60s. They have more applicants than they can accept and the easiest way to reduce the number is to initially score on grades.
I have a niece that is mark challenged, she's having a rude awakening since she was sure she was going to be able to get into university and then medical school (hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha)

If you are failing, then you would not be successful in a university. Don't bother applying.

If your average is in the 60s, then you're not going to graduate high school, thus not having one of the basic requirements needed to get into university. That's because 60 may be passing with a D, but a minimum C average is required to graduate with a high school diploma.
