Executions don't need to be painless means that they can bring back the Electric Chair and other methods that inflict some discomfort (Unlike Lethal Injection which just puts them to sleep permanently).

This is not license for inflicting "Suffering" on the convict. Suffering would be something like stoning. The person will suffer until their body succombs to pain and they lose consciousness.

A modern stoning would be something more like a firing squad. The executioners would not be told who has bullets and who has blanks. They would all be told to aim for the head or heart and fire. Firing squads inflect less suffering because the body goes into shock and doesn't have time to register what happened until it shuts down.

No we should introduce hanging like we did to the Nazi's. Some crimes are so horrific that hanging is the only justified sentence in my opinion.

Serial killers, Serial rapists, child rapists, crime bosses (including drug bosses), arsonists who burn innocent people alive for fun, these people should all be hanged when we find them not put in a jail cell and given a bed and food for forty or fifty years. There should be a gallows built in every prison just waiting for these monsters, it shouldn't be public of course, but that is what we should do.
