The shape of the eye isn't different. All that's different is Simon Nessman has a thicker pad of fat in the skin above his eyelids than Roman Atwood does. All of us have a pad of fat there, some are innately thicker than others.
This is not like the difference between Caucasian eyes and East Asian eyes, which is the result of Caucasians having an extra flap of skin on the eyelid itself that East Asians don't have.
