Is Captain Marvel the very definition of a Mary Sue character?

I am the very definition of a Mary Sue Yahoo Answers user.

so absolutely she is.

If Captain Marvel was created by a woman who designed her in her own super-idealized image, I'd say yes, but I know that's not the case.
