I don't believe Section 2 of it should have been written.

Mueller's mandate was to seek out how the Russians interfered or influenced our elections. Section 1 addresses that magnificently, pointing out the various methods they used to influence our election. It also clearly points out that Trump nor his campaign colluded with the Russians in any way. NO COLLUSION!

Section 2 was about Obstruction, yet since we now know that neither Trump or his campaign colluded, there was really no crime to obstruct. Also, despite the fact that Trump may have wanted to fire Mueller or limit the investigation, nothing ever came of it. In the end the White House cooperated with Mueller and allowed the investigation to be completed. Section 2 was written as an attempt to "Get Trump" or at least make him look bad and nothing more.

A horrific waste of time all for political theatre.

Mueller as a drone for the swamp did exactly what he could without getting himself sent to prison.

He was intentionally vague about his obstruction innuendos so the Democrats could continue the circus without any real evidence. Trump repeatedly told the media he was not going to fire Mueller. The idea that he was was pure fabrication by the media and a couple willing Democrat sycophants.

They wanted to shred it as to destroy evidence.
