Anything carried from Earth to Mars will be limited in amount simply due to the energy requirements to get from Earth to Mars and the available space in any craft. As said, nearly everything will need to be made on Mars. Basic tools and materials to get started is all that will be transported.

Ideally...
materials available on the planet itself (so you wouldn't have to carry the material all the way from Earth).
For example:
you might be able to produce some sort of brick and/or airtight mortar from Martian soil and Martian water.
If there is sand on Mars, you could make glass (and glass fiber, which is useful in many applications, for example: as insulation).
etc.
