Everyone has a temperature. You think you have a fever, but actually if you feel hot, you don't have a fever -- you are just hot. The first step is to actually take your temperature with a thermometer. If your body temperature is above 103 F or 40 C, go to an urgent care clinic. If your temperature is below that and above 95 F/35 C then you are just hot. Drink cool liquids. Run a tub of cool water and sit in it. Go to a public pool.

Feeling hot when it is hot outside is normal. You only need to be concerned if you have others symptoms such as a racing heart rate, dizziness, tunnel vision, etc.

Everyone has a temperature. So ... what was your temperature when you took it? Before you decided you have a fever, you DID take a thermometer and take your temperature, didn't you?

Put the stopper in your bathtub and fill it with cold water. Sit in the tub for 20 minutes to see if that provides any relief.

You don't need a Doctor, it's very hot today and humid. Drink plenty and take Ibroprufen.

Take some aspirin or ibuprofen along with some water.

Send someone to Walmart for a cheap thermometer. If it's over 102, go to an Urgent Care.
