What household products can I use to make leather conditioner for my car's interior?

I have black leather car seats and steering wheel.

Don't use olive oil, or any kind of food oil. It will go rancid in a car interior.

Last time I cleaned and conditioned an entire car interior, I used Lexol brand cleaner (orange bottle) and conditioner (brown bottle). That's my "go-to" product for fine leather. It's not that expensive.

Olive oil works as well as Neet's Foot.

None. Go to an auto parts store and buy what you need.

To make and apply baby soap-based leather conditioner:

[*] Mix one quart of warm water, one tablespoon of soap, and a couple drops of vinegar.

[*] Dip a cloth into the mixture, wringing it out so it's damp and not wet.

[*] Wipe down the entire surface of the leather furniture piece.

[*] Allow the leather to air-dry once finished.
