    Whatever it is, it's malfunctioning. Answer the questions and it will follow up with endless screens asking you more questions until you give up. Yahoo needs to fix it!

    You can still Post Answers it just has to be a Mimimum of 15 Characters

    As far as the Picture Screen goes

    It's To Prove that you are a Human being and Not a Bot something new that Yahoo is Testing out Yahoo is trying to Control Spam and Bots and such Its not just you thats seeing them a lot of Other Users are starting to see it come up

    it is a pain in the neck, we are all going threw it. every time I ask or answer a question, I have too hit pictures. some are saying they are trying to get some of us off here but I do not believe that

    That's called Captcha and it was put on to be sure it's a real person answering and not a computer bot or virus. Remember when every question had 20 answers that were just mixed up letters that meant nothing? That was a Chinese bot.

    It is a new anti-spam measure to prove that you are a human and not a bot. It is being used to fight spam on the site.
