Why am I sweating and feeling nauseous after a cigarette?

I am a regular smoker and have smoked for 10 years, but yesterday I woke up and had my morning cigarette like I always do, and I had to run back inside and had my head down the loo and sweat was pouring off me for a good 10 minutes. I dismissed it as nothing but then the same thing happened this morning in work, any one have any ideas?

"After cigarette" is very wide objective! Symptoms you described appear with "processed tobacco" without being able to avoid, while with natural not processed tobacco you would/ are able to do same but with smile and joke/laughing with having the heath. By some counting's around 475 chemicals are used in processing "processed tobacco", it is how you count - smaller particles of molecules or joined molecules into form, it can be bigger number or lower, it depends how you count.

Perhaps your lungs have stopped being able to clean themselves of the tar so its building up in your lungs and causing you toxic shock.
