Can doing 50 pushups 50 sit-ups a day for 1 month make you lose a slightly fat chest and lose tummy weight and begin to gain abs?

I’ve got a summer holiday in less than a week and idk I’m just gonna try so I’ll do 50 push-ups a day and 50situps a day, while watching what I eat. With occasional trips to the gym(once a week?). What do you predict i can achieve if im a 6’0 teen who has a slightly big tummy no abs and moobs?

    Diet and exercise is how you loose fat. You can not spot reduce fat. Also you are creating a imbalance in your body by only doing pushups and situps.

    Also what abt the rest of the body like upperback, lowback, legs etc...

    Exercise is not as effective as you may think when it comes to weight loss. Eating less and restricting calories is the most important component when it comes to losing fat.
