How could I lose weight secretly?
For the past few weeks I’ve been feeling really unhealthy due to my diet being so bad and what not. I’m not overweight but would prefer to be a bit slimmer. My mother doesn’t want me to start to lose weight or anything. Not really too sure why she’s just said that it’s fine and isn’t noticeable to others. She calls me a lot when I leave the house so going to the gym wouldn’t be an option. I am 19 but live at home. Are there any suggestion?

Literally cut our sweets and high carbs, honestly this will work stick to foods with high protein and low carbs like chicken and have loads of veg and less carbs. You said your not fat? Well start doing weights to tone your body, focus on a kcal deficit as well.

Exercise doesn't cause weight loss. It's about your diet mostly -- try this: do not eat any foods containing sugar, switch to unsweetened almond milk if you must drink milk, do not eat refined oils only natural fats. Stop consuming grains of all types
