I see this is in the health/disease category.

    1. If you or your son has a disease, make sure it is not contagious.

    2. Ask the doctor if it's safe to kiss on the cheek.

    3. As long as you and your child are vaccinated or are keeping the immune system strong with vitamins and healthy lifestyles.

There is nothing wrong with a kiss on the cheek. If you are worried about spreading germs or diseases, ask the doctor if it's safe.

    I'm sure there's a reason you've asked about kissing people on the forehead/butt cheek/facial cheek 30+ times.

If the other person - your son in this case - doesn't mind, it's not illegal.

If it's a parental-type peck on the cheek and not a sexual kiss on the mouth, of course you can. I have a son who's 60 and one who's 50, and I kiss them both on the cheek.

Yes, but if he is a teenager he will probably be embarrassed.

Yeah, as long as you're not doing it for a sexual or romantic purpose, and he's okay with it.
