Should Barack Obama's Presidency, be investigated, since by his own words, he was Constitutionally disqualified to be POTUS?

I just watched a video of Barack Obama giving a speech in Kenya, dated 2018 in which he made it clear and admitted that he was not born in Hawaii. He also stated in the same speech hat anyone, with properly forged documents can be anything or do anything they want in The United States.

As President, Obama appointed 2 Supreme Court Justices, several District Judges, some have ruled against President Trump, signed laws that have negatively affected this country, The ACA being a big one.

I was just asking the question. I have seen three different videos of Obama himself making these claims. I'm just asking, should these videos be investigated, even as a hoax? After all, Donald Trump has been investigated for over 2 years now for a whole lot less.

I'm not surprised at the responses I have gotten, and if I can find the video, I will tell you where I saw it, But since it came from atwitter account and so many here seem to believe everything they see on Twitter, I figured it was a reliable source.

Not that it really matters. I could post the entire video, and no one would accept it. Barack Obama has always had some sort of mystic power over the truly brain dead liberals in this country.

This question will be deleted in a hour anyway, because I dared question Obama.

Why should this be important now? Two possibly illegally appointed Supreme Court Justices, several possibly illegal Federal District Court Judges, including some which have ruled against Trump on border issues, plus every bill signed into law by an illegal, illegitimate and Unconstitutional President.
