It might be a good idea to have him tested if you are having trouble conceiving. There are many reasons for male ED but not all of those reasons effect sperm quantity or quality, but some of those reasons might.
Basically, the use of Cialis doesn't change sperm quantity or quality but the reason the man needs Cialis might be affected sperm quantity or quality.
