i think the people in these places are capable of hearing what the parties propose for the places they live, for themselves, and they make their decisions about who to vote for, accordingly

and i think your unspoken assumption, that in this fantasy world you live in, the kind of gop leaders that do such a bang-up job of running sparsely populated rural communities of corn farmers, would by golly be able to clean up a densely populated municipality full of impoverished minorities, in like, no time, is a load of bull crap

Seriously, stop thinking about blacks. Whites are already becoming minority and no other race except whites is facing rapid decline and demographic collapse. Do you think when whites become minority, rest of the country would care about whites ? Absolutely not.
