My penis size is 4.5 inches fully erect and 5.0 girth and 3.5 inches flaccid. Can I still please a girl? I am supposedly getting married, so I m not very happy about my size down there. I always feel in worry that I can t please her down there. I get a little sad when I talk about my penis size.

Ops! Sorry folks, lol. I measured my penis wrong. I didn't measure it from the base, so the total length was 5.5; not 4.5. My bad lol.

The average erect adult penis length is between 5 and 5.5 inches.  So on your updated measurements you clearly have plenty to satisfy a girl.

Even a shorter penis is usually perfectly long enough to do so.
