Berserk anime. prequel to the manga? Will there be a anime for the manga?
If I was very much into the anime which is a prequel to the manga, will I enjoy the manga? Would it make more sense to me?

None of the Berserk animes are a prequel to the manga.
The 1997 anime adapts the Black Swordsman arc (vol1-3) and Golden Age arc (vol3-14), and ends with the Eclipse.
The 2003 films adapt the Golden Age arc only.
The 2016 anime adapts the Conviction arc (vol14-21) and the Falcon of the Millennium Empire arc (vol22-35).
What may have you confused is that the first three volumes tell an arc that is chronologically after the Eclipse, so after the second arc.
The manga is worth reading. Miura's drawing are amazing, and the story is very good, although it takes Miura more and more time to publish a new chapter now, which is very frustrating.
