"You can keep your doctor" was not a lie. A lie is intentionally saying something that the person knows is not true. Obama was not familiar with the ACA (no one was at the time of its legislative passing). There is a difference between mispreception of facts, simple mistakes (Obama's infamous "57 states"), and straight up lies. Many of Trump's documented lies are simply his interpretation of events or his complete lack of knowledge as to what he is talking about. Trump seems to have his own perception of events/facts which is a literal definition of a mental illness.

Might as well start from when he first took over and told us that n other country was waiting to help out with the oil spill. But there was a fleet of ships parked just outside of waters, from the very start. Just waiting for permission to enter and help contain the spill. Obama denying them entry and lying about made the spill ten times worse then it had to be. His lies never stopped from the very start of his administration until present time.
