Dislocated shoulder?
A couple years ago I injured my shoulder in the gym, it was painful the first few weeks but eventually it only hurt when I would do chest workouts. I stopped doing chest for awhile thinking I was letting it heal since I wasn’t feeling pain anymore. I got back into chest only to find that even if there’s not much pain that side is weaker. I’ve stopped lifting the last 6 months and lost about 35lbs and now more than ever I can feel my shoulder is actually out of place. The bone sticks out a little more on top and it clicks when I shrug rotate it. Certain movements I can just feel it’s not right. I don’t have health insurance but I’m working on getting it. Can I pop my shoulder back into place with some type of physical therapy at home?? Or has it been too long (2 years). And I should wait to have it looked at? It doesn’t exactly hurt but it’s definitely out of place and feels weird
