Are there virtual reality headsets that can be used by a person with very limited mobility... like Parkinson's?

He can use his thumbs... but that's about it. The sad thing is his mind is still sharp as a tack, but he's trapped in his body. He's always wanted to travel and loves racing cars. I think he could really get into a VR headset but the ones we've tried at Best Buy require fine motor skills he doesn't have. Please help!

@Anonymous... If you've ever known anyone with this devastating disease, you'd know that crack is cruel and unfunny! I wouldn't wish it on anyone... even you. I'd say you should be ashamed of yourself, but I doubt you are capable of it.
