Do you consider this to be Discrimation?

I m a Hispanic male and my girlfriend is white. When we have gone to restaurants we get sat alone in other rooms or in a corner far from anyone. I ve seen this a few times with her. Once I dated a Mexican girl and this happened to. I see that there is plenty of open tables in the sections where people are mostly at.

Tell them where you would like to sit. You have a mouth, use it.

Yes, that sounds like he is segregating you from the other patrons. Here's what you do: The next time you take her out and they try to seat you apart from the other patrons, you speak up and say "Uh, I think we would prefer to sit over there" and point to a table of your liking. Then say "thank you" as if it's a done deal. I'll bet you anything that it will take them by surprise and they will have no options except to seat you where you want to be seated. And you do that EVERY SINGLE TIME IT HAPPENS til they get the message.
