I will question you and you shall answer like a man"

Then it continues and God explains how HE was the One who told the waves they had to stop and go no farther and He explains how He divided the firmament from the waters and so forth. You would need to read it for yourself and you would see the answers you are looking for in there. It's a very interesting book
