premature ejaculation?
Last night my wife and I were engaging in foreplay. During the foreplay i ejaculated and went soft. It’s been two months since we had sex. I couldn’t control my excitement (nerves), I ejaculated before we were going to have sexual intercourse. After I ejaculated my penis went soft I couldn’t have another erection. How do I control my excitement? If I feel that I’m about to ejaculate before intercourse how do I stop that feeling? Do I firmly pinch the shaft of my penis to stop premature ejaculation? I think I might have been feeling nervous or scared.

First of all, don't gap in your sexual activity as 2 months is actually long time.
No need to worry due to premature ejaculation as it is very normal condition in men. Generally, men get frustrated due to this problem and leave their partner in the mid journey of intimacy.
It is advised to have Ultra Josh capsules, which contains Kaunch Beej, Vidarikand, Ashwagandha, Safed Musli and Shialjit, all these ingredients are 100% natural and doesn't induce side effects.
Ultra Josh capsules makes your erection harder by improving sexual life. Ultra Josh works by improving testosterone hormonal level in men and boost your vitality, stamina, endurance.

So how long was this "foreplay" and how long does it take
you to get erect again. Maybe rather more practice.

You hadn't had sex in TWO MONTHS??? It's no wonder that you went off. I don't think that is premature ejaculation, I think that is deprival. I recommend sex several times a week. It will take a few weeks, so don't beat up on yourself, but after you adjust to actually thinking you will be given pleasure, your ejaculations will quiet down and you will be fine. Two months without sex... wow.
Kind thoughts and I hope you get more.

or you just relax, pleasure her and in a short time you will get hard again.
Your biggest enemy is your own mind. As long as you worry about this, you won't get hard again because you will keep thinking you are going to jump the gun again.
