Do some grocery stores like Walmart will deliver fresh foods like produce, dairy, meat's, etc to your house if order online?
My local Walmart in a small town in Louisiana just started to where you can order produce, meat's, dairy, frozen foods online, but they won't deliver it to your house, you have to up there and get it.
I wonder if other Walmart store's are like that? If some other grocery stores will deliver fresh foods, what if the home owner is not at home, it's not like the truck driver can leave the food on the doorstep, cause the food had to stay fresh

Ordering groceries by phone and having them delivered is a custom that goes way back, perhaps as far as the telephone itself! And grocery stores in small towns were much more likely to do this, in your great grandma's day, than in cities.
At the beginning of the Internet age there were several companies that delivered groceries ordered on the Net. They were not the stores themselves but big companies with an enormous investment in trucks! For some reason they all failed. Apparently delivering groceries for low (or no) extra cost turned out not to be a profitable idea.
You might still find a little mom-and-pop grocery store in your small town that will deliver groceries. They will always ask 'Are you going to be home in an hour' or 'At five o'clock' or whatever. But 'grocery stores' hardly exist anymore. They've been run out of business by big supermarkets (and Walmart) whose business models don't allow service like that.

There are companies like "Instacart" that make home deliveries in some areas. You pick a time range for them to deliver as someone must be home.

Some Walmarts are now delivering groceries for a fee
(my local Walmart does, just started within the last year)
to a limited area (they typically don't deliver very far from the store)
but there are many that do not yet deliver.

In my area, the Walmart gives me the choice of either picking up at the store or delivering to my house.
