Why is my forskin darker than the rest of my penis?
I'm a 26 year old uncircumcised white Male, for as long as I can remember my skin around my forskin has been a greyish brownish colour. Is this actually normal.

yes it is normal. due to the way the penis is made and grows there is a greater amount of melanin (the component in your skin that protects your skin from sun damage and as a result is the reason for pigmentation in skin) on the skin of the penis including shaft and sometimes around the pubic area. there is no reason to be worried. also being intact (as uncircumcised insinuates all penises must be cut, not true) has nothing to do with it as circumcised penises can also have a darker appearance than the rest of the body. best wishes ;-)
