    There's many. Keep your physical health up or keep yourself happy. Physical health as in exercising eating healthy, and drinking a lot of healthy fluids. Take your mind off that stuff.

    Try to forget it.  Including staying away from the people involved.  Or leave the place and forget the memory.

    if you are feeling sad, please forget it just in seconds, and watch a comedian show and laugh a lot. laughing brings you a joy that surpasses your sadness

    There's no cure.  Time won't do it either.  It "may" lessen the scar but that's it.

    Not judging it. Sitting with it. Allowing it to express however it desires, so that it is seen, felt, and heard. Meaning - we spend so much time judging emotions as bad, wrong, nasty - try to avoid them, suppress, repress and deny, instead of simply BEING with them. Emotions are Energy in MOTION. They must express - and when they do this, without you getting in the way, they will dissolve out of your energy field. In other words, peace lies on the other side of pain.
