I’m going into my senior year Track and Field, and I want to run a really good season by getting down to a 4:30 mile. How can I do that?

My Mile PR from Junior year is a 5:14,

800: 2:18

5K: 18:21(Senior Year, although if I hadn’t gotten injured I would likely be running a sub 18 minute 5K currently)

2 Mile: 11:03

I personally believe I can do this, because I really want to run D1 track at some school, and I want to push myself as much as I can to do it. So how can I do it?
