Having converted from carnal spirit to new spirit from Christ, how would you describe the change; in specific rather than vague terms?

Christians should know what CARNAL means.  Maybe another word is SELF centered.   Carnal might involve thinking 'the ANSWER' or the WAY is, for example vegan.  Or organic as if organic guarantees a good life.

CARNAL will be 'If I do this(whatever), I'll be (good, happy) so

it's something you can do.

The new Spirit life FIRST serves God, the Lord, first seeks His Way.

And His way is very different from ours.

One big difference I have noticed is patience,  waiting upon the Lord.

And then, when it is clear, the WAY has been shown, to obediently do it.  It often DOESN'T seem like what I'd do.

Nearly everyone,  Christian or not has a strong desire to

'come up with it', maybe get the credit?

A book could be written on this topic.

It's TRUST and distrust.   Trusting Jesus,  distrusting carnal.

Seeking first!

Now I have little interest in the things of the world, and pursue the things of Yehovah and His eternal kingdom.

Things become quite dry......

Peace, beyond all understanding.

Loss of desire for many things from my old life and lifestyle... with an eager desire to learn and grow closer to the living God in my new one. Specifically, my desires and needs changed.

You are spirit, not a body. "Judge not by the flesh but judge by righteous judgment." 

So you connect with the Christ mind through Spirit, not by thinking we are brains and bodies perceiving truth. 

Ask and you shall receive, Your true master will answer instead of your carnal mind, what many think of as the ego mind to coordinate with psychology.

It's a process, not  a one time switch. You will learn to hear the still. small voice instead of the loud one that always speaks first. 

i dont think you can have a specific material explanation for something spiritual .. you simply 'know' and that knowing isnt from you ..

It feels suspiciously like your body released a bunch of endorphins at the command of your brain, because you think something really good just happened.
