In the 60's, all you had to do to shock public opinion was having long hair for a man, short hair for a girl, or wear a mini-skirt, etc. Obviously that was excessive, but nowadays everyone is super blasé and every "rebelious" trend has been overdone, so nothing seems to shock people anymore. What do you think one could wear nowadays to be provocative ?

All a girl needs to do to be provocative is wear revealing clothing. I always find tight fitting Daisy Duke shorts to be provocative.

If a guy wants to dress provocatively, he will look gay. This includes tight jeans. However a guy can always dress to shock by wearing a skirt or dress.
