My back is hurting and I want to go to the hospital . Can my boss tell me no.?

    Yes your boss can tell you "no" and you can ignore him/her and do whatever you want.

    Sure. He can't force you to stay though. But he can fire you if you leave.

    You're not enslaved and are free to leave any job at any time. That doesn't mean there won't be consequences, though. Your boss has freedoms, too.

    Yes. Republicans say if you want health insurance you should get a job, and then you get fired and lose it as soon as you use it.
