Same question no answers?

If 12:00am to 12:00am is 24 hours why does the day end at the start of a new day? Is it Because at 12am no Time has passed on the new day and that's just when a day ends on the next day?

A day has to have a beginning and an ending, so there can be another day. You can read some about it here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Midnight

As this is NOT a question about Yahoo Answers, I will not answer it.

    Learn to use a clock.

There's no such thing as 12 AM or 12 PM

Days run from 0.00 to 24.00, and 24.00 of today is 0.00 of tomorrow

    Yes.

    That is to say

    one day ends

    at the exact moment

    that the next day begins.

Even if you say "12:00 midnight is the start of the new day and the previous day ends before 12:00 midnight"

    then the previous day ends

not 1 second before 12:00 midnight

not 1 millisecond before 12:00 midnight

not 1 nanosecond before 12:00 midnight

but 1 infinitely small moment of time before 12:00 midnight.
