Can root vegetable pave be made ahead of time? Is it served hot or cold?

I have a recipe for root vegetable pave - it states to let it sit at least 1 hour before serving. Can I make it the day before (since it takes 2 hours to cook), if so what temperature do I reheat and for how long?

as to reheating, if it was refrigerated, I would suspect that you would need a good 30-45 minutes at 325-350 degrees to get it hot enough so the interior is nice and hot too.
