Are there any supplements I can take to feel less tired?

It doesn't matter if I sleep 3 hours or 12 hours, I always end up feeling tired. People have told me it's because I don't get enough sun, but I'm extremely pale and even 10mins of sunlight burns me to a crisp. Seeing as sleep doesn't really work for me, I was wondering if there were any supplements or vitamins I could use to be less tired during the day.

nope, not when you are tired all the time, the balance you had, is gone....first you'd have to purge out of your system the accumulation of toxins, preservatives/additives/colorings, the stuff you never really thought was bad for you was really bad, and the sugar as well. the stores sell packaged fruit in juice and a variety too. you can start on the weekend, you may also add capsules of clay @ bed/morning/noon/evening to also help to absorb toxins accumulated that are now a drain to you, I have no idea how long, but you'll know......best wishes.....

Eat a balanced diet; get sufficient exercise; have a regular and fixed bed and rise time and make it the same time each day, all 7 days per week and stick to it. It will take ~ 3 weeks to build up the habit but once this is done you will be fine.

Sun exposure does help which is why some people get seasonal depression in the winter time. You can wear sunscreen (yes, even in the winter).

It could also be a vitamin or mineral deficiency (iron deficiency is common) but I would suggest you get proper blood testing done before starting on a supplement or multivitamin, as you can OD on some vitamins (though the concentrations in over the counter supplements aren't usually high enough to do so). It may not even be required if your levels are all OK.

There can be several reasons for your condition. Exposure of radiation (mobile/wlan),  gluten sensitively, mercury poisoning (amalgam tooth filling/vaccinations).

Well, a lack of vitamin D (sun bathing or fluid) cam help, shut off wlan and let silver fillings remove.

It also can be that you have an iron deficiency.
