Mostly it's adolescents who think they're being clever, or are begging for attention.
Physical age of the adolescent is generally irrelevant.

I can see what you mean, but sometimes there are some serious Questions
I can give proper answers to them and get ten points
But some are just plain Dumb

It indicates stupidity, coupled with laziness which results in them being self made ignorant gits.

No.
Intelligence has little to do with it. It indicates a lack o scientific knowledge. Two different things.
In many cases it also indicates a susceptibility to believe in myths and nonsense. Once again, a different thing to intelligence.

Science is not the only category. Go look at the questions in the Political categories, or in Geography or in Religion, or in...

Not necessarily. It can indicate low age or trolls with low self-esteem. Low something, at any rate.

If these sort are not trolling, they are just too lazy to search up the answers to thes broken record questions.
Another possibility is too stupid to even know Qs like 'why is the sky blue' have even been asked before.
I see teachers today that should even know better, teaching students 'WHAT' to learn,,not 'HOW' to learn.
I am blessed, both my parents were smart, but oh how I hated that.
