I do enjoy both - Marvel have had more success, but I do enjoy watching the DC stuff too

I enjoy both, but I prefer Marvel for several reasons.
Currently there is more good content from Marvel than DC. I don't want to go through the hell of collecting all of the comics. I prefer to collect things rather than have scraps here and there, which is why I but seasons of shows rather than volumes (unless the volumes are all in one place).
Another reason is more of the recognizable characters in Marvel are human, with Thor and maybe Black Panther being exceptions. Superman, Wonder Woman, and maybe Aquaman are gods in their world. I like the cast of Marvel being closer to home.
Also, I grew up with the Tobey Maguire Spider-Man films. Very subjective and personal. I like the original Teen Titans.
