Sorry, I can't answer you because I already have an air fryer and a regular Instant Pot.
What I CAN tell you is that size matters. LOL! I wish mine had a bit larger capacity, but they are already beasts in the cupboard.
I will also say that there are times I am cooking something in the air fryer while I'm also cooking something else in the Instant Pot. Can't do that with a combo appliance.

I have a Foodi but not really tried it to any extent yet - what I have done I have loved though.
