if youre a adult who draws disability & youre over the age of 18 and in charge of your own check, can you legally & willingly move out of a relative s house?

    Unless your disability is severe enough that you have a legal guardian who makes living decisions for you.

    If you do not have a guardian taking care of your financial and physical needs. Then yes you are legally allowed to move out of your house and use your own money to do so.
