All of a sudden I cannot answer any question. Is there anything wrong with this site?

There have been no major issues lately. You area allowed to answer up to 80 questions/day as a Level 2 user. You cannot post an answer to a question posted by someone who has you blocked OR if you're trying to answer older (years) questions. Make sure you're looking at the "Answer" tab at the top of the question list, not the "Discover" tab, as those tend to be older questions and are often closed to new answers.
