Sweating for no reason?

I started sweating for the past two days for no reason. The sweat is not intense but my body gets really hot. I asked people around me if the room or place I was in was arm but they all said it is Cold. I am kind of concerned

My first symptom of what eventually became my death!

    I got better.

Seriously, in college I started to randomly sweat and feel uncomfortable and discovered that what helped was alcohol.

I first went to the doctor, but they told me that everyone has gas and it was in my head. In 2000, little was known about IBS.

Needless to say, chronic use of alcohol to treat the IBS eventually made it worse AS WELL as kill my liver, and when the liver goes, you go a few days later but not until you are bloated and yellow from bilirubin buildup, looking like some sort of intubated Homer Simpson .

The sweating is a symptom of IBS, a bowel disorder that is really a diet containing regular sugars.

After 15 years of WTF, I found out that it was ALL caused by added sugars, including juices, sodas and white flour products.

You probably think I am insane, but what you think doesn't always reflect the truth.
