Anyone concerned about the corona virus ? ?
I’m 22 years old. I do have prehypertension (at risk for high blood pressure). I try not to eat too much salt and the readings are good however, I’m a college student and cannot always afford to eat healthy. I’m scared of the corona virus coming to Pennsylvania. Is there anything I can do or am I doomed because of my high blood pressure?

Wash your hands frequently. If you're that concerned, wear a mask and carry hand sanitizer. Carry lysol wipes in your backpack and wipe down your desk and chair before having a seat in your classes. Try not to worry about this too much though, the flu virus will kill you before Coronavirus does.

Wash your hands with soap and water - often. Make the people you live with do the same.
