Is it possible to get backpay for my SSI and SSDI benefits for autism dating all the way back from age 6 to age 25?
My mom has been my representative payee for all years until i tried to get my own Direct Deposit. I passed the interview, and I can handle money. I cant work with aspergers syndrome (autism). But at SSA they told me my monies shouldve been going to a 2nd bank account under my moms name as (Amy Rios, representative payee for Moses Rios). But my mom had it going to her bank account all this time and lied to me my whole life, she lied saying:"Because I am your parent, that money MUST go to my only Checking Account in my bank. The 2nd bank account reserved for both SSI and SSDI is only created if you was raised under anyone else than your biological mom or biological dad".
My mom has done meth in 2005 and claims she had all these visions and stuff, even visions of there being huge treasure caches buried around the backyard, and huge treasure caches buried under the landlords closet in his bedroom. My mom been acting odd and she has gotten me to walk all around
town (a very very small town) to try and see what she is seeing and help her find treasure that isnt there.
My mom got put in a psychiatric ward for 1 week for breaking down walls to see treasure clues, and she was having visions looking at huge holes in the walls and claim she was seeing: "Great big end times visions and prophecies right in front of her, earthquakes, all 7 supervolcanoes going off all at once, and all other end times cons[iracies that exist out there (except aliens, she doesnt believe in aliens). Beginning at age 25, I started to STOP believing in most of that stuff. I was a kid.
Please, SSA lawyers, can anyone give me an EXEMPTION to the maximum backpay limit of 1 year? I feel extremely robbed.
My mom has never kept any written records in notebooks (to show who spent what, as in 1 notebook for me, and 1 notebook for my mom). No records was kept on expenses, but she should have written under each of our names, who spent what.

You wouldn't have been eligible at age 6 even if you filed at the time.
Based on your ability to formulate a question as coherent as the one you posted, you STILL don't qualify for disability on the basis of autism. You are FAR MORE functional than the ACTUAL autism 'victim' I worked with years ago.
Note: If you are CAPABLE of composing this question, you are MORE THAN capable of working MOST jobs.

No. No benefits are paid by SSI before the month/year the claim is filed. No retroactivity whatsoever.
As for social security benefits, at the most a disability claim can be retroactive 12 months before the month/year the claim is filed. Survivor benefits - 6 months. Retirement benefits - 6 months IF you are of full retirement age during the entire 6 months. No retroactivity before the month you attain full retirement age.
Any benefits paid to your mother on your behalf were to have been used to help pay rent/mortgage, utilities and to buy food and other necessities.
Sounds like maybe someone else should have been appointed by social security to be your payee. Maybe. Her mental health history is immaterial.
You aren't due any money from social security for the period of time they've already paid benefits out to your mother. Your mother filed yearly accountings. If she misused your benefits (and as long as you were housed and fed she didn't) then you should complain to SS about that. If you already have then they did their investigation and decided you don't have a leg to stand on or they would have appointed someone else to be your payee.
I was a SS claims rep for 32 yrs.

"Is it possible to get backpay for my SSI and SSDI benefits for autism dating all the way back from age 6 to age 25?" No..they paid the benefits, your mother paid to house, feed and clothe you using those benefits... thwy have already been paid, you are not going to get them paid again

The benefits that were paid when you were a child were to help your mother with the expense of raising you. You were housed, clothed, and fed. The money was never required to be saved for you. Your complaint is with your mother, not with social security. They paid the benefits out. They're not going to pay you again.

Your legal guardian received the money, possibly for your benefit. Her mental health history is irrelevant.
It is possible that if you file a report there will be an investigation and she will be arrested for misuse of funds.
No, you aren't going to - literally - paid twice.
And no one here today works for any Government agency that handles this matter.
I am somewhat confused. My best friend is married to a CPA who has Aspergers. Why does it keep you from working?

You will not be successful in getting your tax-payer benefits from earlier years paid to you because they were already paid to your mother. You do not get them twice.
Are you still living at home? If so, the benefits which you are now receiving should be used to cover your living costs. You need to talk to her about this.
