Are there any other Christian denomination besides the Catholics that don't baptize by immersion in water, and are you baptized? How?

Yes, many.  I am baptized by full immersion in the NAme of the Father, Son & Holy Spirit as Jesus commanded (Matthew 28:19) but The Presbyterians, Methodists, Christian Reformed, and Anglican Church of England all Christen babies and rarely if ever baptize by full immersion as Jesus commanded.  They usually put a little tiny sprinkle of water on the child or baby's forehead.  They obviously haven't read where Peter told us "Repent and be baptized every one of you for the remission of your sins and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit" (Acts 2:38), because we all know babies cannot repent

Yes, the Anglican church Christen babies (some call it baptism also) but the baby is sprinkled with a little water and then pronounced a Christian,  This is a false teaching because no-one is born a Christian and sprinkling one with water does not make someone a Christian.  It must be a conscious decision made by someone old enough to understand who Jesus actually was, and still is, and understand why He went to the Cross.  Just knowing it all happened and attending a church/Sunday School now and again does not make someone a Christian. Real faith must come from the heart and the person be prepared to state openly that they love the Lore Jesus with all their heart and seek forgiveness from sin. Just reciting something from a card or a book makes absolutely no difference to the person.  Baptism only makes one WET unless it is undertaken for the right reason.

Yeshua was water immersion baptized, and He serves as our example.

Mat 3:16  And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him:

Water immersion baptism actually has an in-depth meaning. Consider the words given to John the Baptist when he was hesitant to baptize the Lord Jesus:

"Permit it to be so now: for thus it is fitting for us to fulfill all righteousness." (Matt. 3:15).

What did the Lord Jesus mean when he said “fulfill all righteousness”?

In Exodus 40:12-13 we read: Then you shall bring Aaron and his sons to the door of the tabernacle of meeting, and wash them with water. You shall put the holy garments on Aaron, and anoint him, and sanctify him, that he may minister to Me as priest.

The Lord Jesus Christ Himself, in order to minister as the faithful high Priest in the priest’s office, needed to be washed by the baptism of water (Heb. 2:17; 4:15; 5:5). If the Lord needed to do so, how much more then do believers need to do so? In 1 Peter 2:9, it is written, But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, His own special people (Ex. 19:6; Rev. 1:6). The believer, without a doubt, needs to be water immersion baptized, so that like the priest standing in the priest’s office he can offer spiritual sacrifices to God (Heb. 13:15; 1 Pet. 2:5).

There are several forms of baptism spoken of in the Word of God besides the one in water. there is the baptism with the Holy Spirit, there is the baptism with the Word of God, there the baptism of repentance, baptism into death. So which one are you referring to specifically?

As far as I know, ELCA Lutherans, Methodists, Episcopalians, Congregationalists and Presbyterians don't do immersion.

The Catholic Church allows baptism by immersion, but usually uses the other approved methods from the viewpoint of simplicity, practicality, and safety. The apostles did not usually baptize by immersion since they lived in a dessert region where the only water available for miles around was often the town well.
