As most people around here know, I don't believe in a god as in a creator, so I would say God didn't make you a witch. You chose to be born one. So honestly, whatever answer resonates with you the most is the right one.

He didn't. You practice witchcraft by choice, presumably to fulfill the need of most teenagers to possess a bigger locus of control and rebel against convention. Others fullfil this desire by becoming associated with the atheistic variant of Satanism. However, there is no such thing as a white witch and the things you're toying with are actually rather dangerous. I hope you grow up one day and leave that garbage behind.
