Who will get stimulus checks?
Does this include all adults or does it go one per household? And if a state's age of majority is 19+ does it just skip all the 18 y/o's who live alone and have jobs they can't work at due to the virus?

Based on tax returns. It's federal, so 18 is the age, if your income is enough/not too much.

It is not yet a done deal, but it appears all US citizens and US permanent residents qualify for the aid. If the individual already earns over $75,000 per year they will get less aid money. If the individual earns over $198,000 per year they will not get any aid money.
However, if you are not being listed as a dependent on your parents' tax return then you need to file your own tax return for either 2018 or 2019 - even if you did not make enough money to need to file or had no income. You can file online for free via the IRS website:
