when I touch a certain part of my nose I get a sharp pain in my head which eventually turns into a headache.... what could be causing this?

I'd say ask your doctor, but they've likely been constructively fired (forced out of business) by the government, which did not make available any aid for doctors, nurses, PAs, MAs, etc. except hourly employees, but nothing for employers.
So your doctor may not be in business anymore.
Go to the doctor if they are open and you are I'll. Clinics are largely COVID-19 free unless they are located in hospitals.
