What food alergies cause heart palputations, upset stomach, headache, muscle twitching...?
So this has happened before after eating at a particular BBQ / Seafood restaurant. The first time I thought it was a fluke, now im sure its the restaurant. My Wifes parents who are in their 70s love it, I m in my 30 s and its making me ill. could it be MSG, excessive white vinegar, rancid oil? No one else has this reaction so im thinking its an alergy or something particular to me...

just get some Activated charcoal or liquid clay, EITHER one will absorb toxins in the gut, if you were food poisoned. It came in handy for me years ago, I still keep a bottle of the clay handy, cuz if you get sick like that, you don't wanna be running around and don't know what to get.....hope it helps

Do not visit your doctor right now it is not an emergency and your risking exposure. If you are concerned ask your primary office if they do virtual appointments ( most are at this time) if you develop a fever over 101 (even without a cough) contact your local hospital immediately.
