Do pubertal eunuchs(eunuchs who became ones at 13 despite going through puberty), grow beards?

I became an eunuch at that age due to testicular atrophy(caused by varicocele or testicular trauma, more likely the former) yet at 16 i developed a beard, however i'm pretty sure my testosterone levels dropped by 14, as my testicles shrinked before that and i never developed broad shoulders(as you can see on my pic), bu anyways, back to the main point, i still developed a beard after being an eunuch. I ask this because i red that boys grow beards at the age of 17.
